- 100% pure wagyu burger patty
- Gorgonzola (or any blue cheese of your choice)
- Sliced jalapenos
- Canadian bacon
- Smokey BBQ sauce (such as Bulls' Eye)
- Sour dough bread roll
This burger is actually quite simple to prepare. Grill your wagyu patties in a cast iron pan (the marbling makes them prone to flare-ups on an open flame). After turning once, place your choice of blue cheese on it and allow to melt while the other side cooks to your desired doneness. Start cooking your bacon in a separate pan.Toast your rolls in the oven or on the grill for a few minutes until they are warmed up and slightly toasty around the edges. Top your melted cheese with the jalapenos to kick up the heat. Then place the freshly grilled bacon on top of the jalapenos and drizzle with smoky BBQ sauce.
